The United States of America – that “shining city on a hill” – has long been a beacon of freedom for all mankind. The ideals of liberty under a Republic, bound by a rule of law, is representative of fundamental truths set forth by core tested principles. Beliefs that empower the individual while limiting government, provides a framework for which freedom can thrive.

Past history with decades of observation and experience, the Framers of the Constitution, had a vision to protect the individual under what we call liberty. The very threat of tyranny, also known as totalitarianism – any form of government of total control which impedes on individual rights – is something our Founding Fathers most wanted to protect against. Establishing checks and balances within a system that prevent the government from becoming too powerful.

Our Founders recognized the dignity of the individual as human beings with a soul – giving power to have the right to live, live freely, and pursue happiness. That, as a spiritual being, the individual has the potential to do great things – motivated not because of man or by government, but because of our God-given natural rights.

In a civil society, the individual has a duty to respect the rights and values of others while preserving traditions, heritage, and culture. For conservatives, it is a way of life, society and governance that must be preserved and protected under a founding document which promotes liberty and freedom.

The Declaration of Independence represents the Founders intent and rationale for declaring independence from England. In short, it states,

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Today, in the year 2009, we are faced with countless challenges. We’ve been heading down a disastrous road for many decades now, going all the way back to the 1930s during the Great Depression. The Statists – power held by the government – launched a counterrevolution under Franklin Roosevelt with the New Deal (an array of federal projects, entitlements, taxes, and regulations). It was a clear breaching of the Constitution which has altered the nature of American society. Since then, slowly under the control and guidance by power seeking fundamentalists, they have worked themselves into every aspect of our lives.

We are now experiencing a full-fledged attack on individual liberty and prosperity. Over the past year – I’ve continually warned of revolutionaries surrounding President Barack Hussein Obama, radicals in the White House, decline of the dollar, an economic collapse, potential fall of the United States, violations of US Sovereignty, the development of the North American Union (Canada, USA, & Mexico), and extensive UN discussions of a One World Government (aka New World Order). The truth is that we have been terribly damaged by years of abuse and neglect. And now, corruption.

Our current administration knowingly is seeking to destroy us through what is known as the Cloward-Piven Strategy (a strategy by forcing political change through orchestrated crisis). Decades of organizing through what is called the Progressive Movement of the early 20th Century is masked behind the art of liberalism. Ronald Reagan spoke of this in a 1961 campaign address against Socialized Medicine (you can find his speech posted on my Video Page).

Over the years, we’ve been indoctrinated and propagandized by an out-of-touch media, failed education system, leftist entertainment industry all caused by corrupt greedy politicians and corporate globalists who are seeking to fundamentally transform us. We are now left with a dead two party political system which now begs the question, what now? We are facing totalitarianism head on – a fight of BIG GOVERNMENT vs. the AMERICAN PEOPLE! In other words, TYRANNY!

With that being said, it is up to us as Americans to rise up and face these threats – to restore and protect our liberties and freedoms. It is essential to the survival of our great Nation as the days of apathy and complacency are over. Numerous Tea Parties have taken place and many are joined in on a level of activism, enthused and engaged, that is shaping the outcome of our future.

The fight is on, the battle has begun, and American Patriots are uniting across this country to take America back. Failure is not an option. Americans will succeed in these battles to rid the corruption that is plaguing our livelihood.
