I’m reaching out to my fellow Americans to stand tall with me – united and surrounded by the common thread of civility. We as Americans were given the greatest gift from God, FREEDOM and LIBERTY. It’s up to us, the new freedom lovers of today, to be as passionate as we are now as our Founders were back some 200+ years ago. It’s not about LEFT or RIGHT, it’s about RIGHT and WRONG. It’s about American exceptionalism, that without the concept of freedom and liberty, the light that we hold dear will go into darkness for perhaps a century or more. UNITED WE STAND – DIVIDED WE FALL!

We the people, those who understand the reality of failing to act, realize the damaging effects and severity of what happens with too much government control. Power and corruption destroys the very fabric of civilization. We see the warning signs of distress as clear as day and we’re not going anywhere in protecting and re-educating those on our long history that many of us have forgotten. Yes, this is about our Constitution but it goes deeper than just a sacred document. It is about who we are as a nation and where we go from here. I have long proclaimed that freedom is not free. Are you willing to risk it?

America is a beacon of hope for mankind and we want to preserve it anyway we can. We must be strong enough to admit that there are real problems that must be addressed. We know what happens throughout history with a country’s decline of morality mixed with greed and political corruption – you get what happened with the Collapse of the Roman Empire. The combination of political, cultural, and economic contributors deeply affect the direction of a country. I strongly recommend reading up on the Fall of the Weimar Republic which then led to the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (NSDAP – commonly known as the Nazi Party). If these historical references are not enough, let’s examine deeper into what is happening in the United States. Very similar and yet many unbothered by it but why?

This is not about politics, although many would like to argue otherwise, but that of our livelihood and salvation of country. In prior writings, I have never brought up my view on political issues especially those hot button triggers that pertain to abortion or gay marriage. Even though I do take a stance, now is not the time. Why haven’t I? Because that is not the main focus and why detract from the larger picture. Our country is in crisis. The expansion of our government’s power, growing deficit, uncontrolled spending, and full-fledged attacks on American liberty and her people is enough to cause grave concern. Greed and corruption by elite power is plaguing every aspect of our daily lives. Diminishing of our nation’s soul is at stake and with the continued cries for help, no one seems to want to listen. Those in Washington and the elite Media want to keep the flames of intolerable rhetoric alive.

Families are struggling, individuals are losing their jobs, businesses are closing down, and many are being forced to withhold from hiring not knowing where the market will go. Fear of what tomorrow will bring has many on edge and for good reason. There are a lot of factors at work that go into the health of our nation. Despite the recent news of GDP growth and strong market, those on Main Street are still not feeling the full effects of any recovery. I’m not going to get into a full financial overview and I am refraining from too much opinion even though I am not as optimistic as some economists are predicting. But for now, let me stick with some facts.

You don’t have to go far to see, unless you’re an inside elite, to know that people are still suffering. Your family, friends, and neighbors provide as the backbone of our economy and when they are hurting that means our country is hurting. Small businesses make up 70 percent of our nation’s economy and we as small businesses are the people who provide jobs to the unemployed. Those that we hire help contribute to the greater success of our country’s well being. We, as the folks, are the ones that keep our government employed. When individuals lose jobs, families are forced to scale back. When pay is reduced and taxes go up, purchasing power is limited which then forces one to cut expenditures. It’s a spiraling effect with no real measure forward.

It’s only a matter of time before another bubble burst. Wall Street and the markets are doing well compared to that of Main Street but for how long? Government intervention through monetary policy by printing money reduces the value of the dollar as more dollars are floating around. Bailouts and stimulus are only ever short term but that’s if every dollar is accounted for and strictly used for economic growth purposes. Certainly, if everything is on the up and up and no tricks are being played but there is so much we still don’t know about what is happening to our tax dollars. Controlling interest rates is a way for The Federal Reserve to control and promote economic growth. The Fed’s pass along the changed rates to the central banks which in then pass rates onto the consumer. All of this is a natural cyclical fluctuation to prevent inflation without pulling the economy down into recession. However, we’ve been in a recession and the worst thing you can do is to keep interest rates forced low in hopes of stirring growth. They should have immediately been raised until we started to recover.

Former President George Bush is also responsibly as both current and past administrations are clueless when it comes to economic recovery. It’s just now been exacerbated under President Obama and the continuing growing deficit is creating a tremendous burden, falling heavily on the working individuals already trying to make ends meet. Young workers are now realizing that they are going to be stuck with the bill. So much for “hope” and “change”. I believe they’ve been punk’d.

Our economy is looking for real growth not borrowed spending. In terms of balancing your own budget, when you’re in debt, you stop spending. That or make more money but during a recession that’s hard to come by. Unemployment is still high and many are still looking for jobs. College graduates are having little luck and those out of work are uncertain of what tomorrow will bring. Many are being forced to take any kind of job they can get. Those on fixed incomes or nearing retirement are leery and worried about having enough money to sustain themselves; seeing similar affects as they did in the 70s under Carter.

Clearly things are not exactly the best of situations and there is a lot of blame to go around but each time the main culprit points back to our government intervening – as if they know best. Perhaps a history and economic lesson should be required for Congress and all of government officials. We certainly know what happens with continued borrowing and spending, short term looks good but then a bust. The housing market is just another example and we all know that the mentality of ‘housing is a right’ which coming from various segments of our government forced banks to make risky loans.

The past decade has especially been a slow awakening and the past year the silent majority in our country are paying more attention than ever. Things that many of us had believed to be true were not so and those that we trusted turned their backs on us. Without question we have become a polarized nation. Unfortunately, few know really why that is. Why has America become so divided? Are we really that different as people? We became so absorbed in our own surroundings that we lost focus on reality and what really matters. The answer is simple: our political parties have been playing a game, using the Media to control their message, against us and we as Americans allowed it to happen. For far too long, which each passing decade, we sat back and did nothing.

When the government took over our education system in the late 70’s under Jimmy Carter, we sat back and watched the decline in our public schools. Then we wonder why kids our failing and countries abroad out rank Americans in testing. We have an overly sexualized Pop culture where drugs and violence is the norm that influence our children on a daily basis. Television programs where lying and cheating is used as a winning strategy is being propped up as if it is good. Then we wonder why kids today have little to do with morals and respect. Our teens treat our elderly with poor taste. The generation of “me” is brainwashed into the glow of self-depravation. Entitled to just about everything they can get their hands on. What’s next, as if it couldn’t get any worse?

Shakira will be on stage pleading with Americans that she knows all about the immigration process and the rule of law. Unfortunately, that is the standard we have degraded ourselves to and with little respect for ourselves we buy into it. Turning to a Pop artist to give us advice on how our country should run. This is by no surprise as there is a long history of our media and entertainment industry to politicize every single issue. No wonder nothing ever seems to be resolved but just more so called ‘hatred’ and ‘racism’ charges provoked by the left wing zealots. This exists on the far right as well but let’s not kid ourselves. Instead of having rational common-sense debates from those who are experts in their respective field, we’re Dancing with the Stars, playing American Idol and escaping Big Brother.

What about our country and keeping American citizens safe? How about the economic future and our prosperity? Seems that our politicians are too busy trading votes for money. They are either completely oblivious that Rome is burning or that they are willingly allowing it to happen. Sounds like both but the latter is what brought us Barack Hussein Obama. Each new era, a lower of moral standards. More lies, more cheating, and the bar drops yet again. Pretty soon that bar will be touching the floor; if it’s not close to being there yet. Then what?

The good news is that the bar can only go up. But it’s up to us to make sure that happens. We’re responsible as our apathy and complacency got the better of us. We got busy with our daily lives and lost focus on what really matters. We believed everything would be alright and that tomorrow we would wake up and things would still be the same. Who would think the unthinkable? We just want to have fun and enjoy life, right? Yes, but it comes with a price.

Living in America is truly a sacred gift that many of us have taken for granted. Many of our ancestors risked their lives to come to the land of freedom. They believed in hard work, strong work ethic and family values. Being able to provide for their family while having unlimited opportunity. The choices we make today will be the result of tomorrow. It can be corrected. We can restore civility once again as the alternative would be disastrous for our nation. Hence, why you have so many American Patriots participating and attending Tea Party rallies. For the first time we are tuned into our surroundings and this is the greatest thing to see. Moreover, we are finally doing what our Founders wanted – participating in the ‘game of life’.

We are awake, we are engaged, and WE THE PEOPLE of the United States will once again rise to the challenge to take America back. Those Republicans, Independents, Democrats, and Libertarians who realize that conservatism means individual liberty are willing to do whatever it takes to stop the Progressives in their tracks. That is why we are Americans. The spirit to fight to restore our Constitution that has been damaged by the elite has gone on for far too long.

This is the Second American Revolution! 2010 is just the beginning!

What has transpired over the years goes back to nearly a century. All part of the Progressive Movement who believed the Constitution was outdated while undermining individual freedom; seeking power and control – over us! Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, the US Postal Service, all government enacted programs now in abysmal failure. Americans don’t want to hear they’ve been duped with Ponzi Schemes by our elected leaders and officials but that’s exactly what has happened. Anyone else like Bernie Madoff would be imprisoned for federal crimes.

The current leadership in Washington operates as if they can just set arbitrary goals, whether “affordable housing” or “universal health care” or anything else — and not concern themselves with the repercussions — since they have the power to simply force individuals, businesses, doctors or anyone else to knuckle under and follow their dictates.

Friedrich Hayek called this mindset “the road to serfdom.” But, even under serfdom and slavery, experience forced those with power to recognize the limits of their power. What this administration — and especially the President — does not have is experience.

Barack Obama had no experience running even the most modest business, and personally paying the consequences of his mistakes, before becoming President of the United States. He can believe that his heady new power is the answer to all things.

While many were romanticized over the Obama’s and reality was distorted, it’s time to learn from the past and be ready to face what is ahead of us. We already know that we are in trouble financially; our debt is unsustainable, health care passed against the will of the American people with 58% who wish to repeal and replace, and now the debate of illegal immigration (amnesty) begins where 58% favor policies to crack down on illegals.

What nation doesn’t secure their borders? Apparently, the United States. People know that an illegal crossing the border is a crime, but hell the federal government won’t manage the law, so it then must be enforced by the states. Gov. Jan Brewer from Arizona, in their latest effort, signed a new law that has sparked a furious debate where many on the left are now labeling the bill as a way of racial profiling. Protecting the borders and enforcing the law is now racial profiling? I say, it’s about time to do something to protect those that in are in our country legally. It’s called following the law.

We know that the Canadian press has always been a bit ahead of American media. Below is the latest regarding Barack Obama’s eligibility as President of the United States. Quite disturbing but if you have been following the Obama presidency like I have, this comes at no real surprise. Facts are the facts and only time will tell exactly what will happen regarding the legitimacy of Barack Hussein Obama, Congress, and the Democratic Party. When certain Congressional individuals are on record claiming they don’t follow the Constitution, making up the rules as they go along, then would something like eligibility phase them? Probably not. Whether you agree or disagree, it is a MUST READ!

I make no clear affirmation regarding the eligibility of President Obama but since the beginning nothing has made sense. Every piece of the puzzle that I attempt to assemble is as bizarre as the next sequence. One thing is clear – it’s about power and control. I have devoted much time since the elections of 2008 to dissect and assemble the truth as our Founding Fathers and Mothers would have wanted given the privilege as Americans. It’s up to us to hold those in power accountable to their actions. Patriots are standing up and saying, “enough is enough!”

Each passing week the November elections look to be more favorable for a significant Republican victory. Don’t get too cozy with the numbers there is still work to do be done. Americans are awake, active, and engaged. Now more than ever the people’s voice will be reality. Time to tell Congress we mean business.

Nothing is for certain in the upcoming months as a number of battles lie ahead. Whatever you do, don’t give up hope. Faith is our greatest healer and we know that God is with us every step of the way. Keep active, educating yourself, and whatever you do, don’t stop spreading the truth. America is experiencing an awakening like no other time in history. Perhaps this will be the purging and cleansing we need to restore civility and return to our roots. God bless!

A legal team of experts on civil liberties and human rights is asking a federal court in Michigan to grant a preliminary injunction preventing the implementation of the “individual mandate” in “Obamacare,” warning that if imposed, it effectively will destroy the nation.

“There is no enumerated power in the Constitution that permits the federal government to mandate that plaintiffs and other American ‘residents’ purchase health-care coverage or face a penalty. No matter how convinced defendants – or even the American public in general – may be that the Health Care Reform Act is in the public interest, their political objectives can only be accomplished in accord with the Constitution,” the brief states. We’ve been reminded many times that elections have consequences. Yesterday we saw the consequence of voting for those who believe in “fundamentally transforming” America whether we want it or not. Yesterday they voted. In November, we get to vote. We won’t forget what we saw yesterday. Congress passed a bill while Americans said “no,” and thousands of everyday citizens even surrounded the Capitol Building to beg them not to do it. Has there ever been a more obvious exhibition of a detached and imperious government?

In the weeks to come, we can expect them to try to change the subject, but we won’t forget. Don’t let them move on to further “transformational” steps while forgetting what Congress just did against the will of the people. Though Obamacare will inflict billions in new taxes on individuals and employers, at least it creates some jobs: the IRS might have to hire as many as 16,000 new employees to enforce all the new taxes and penalties the bill calls for! And that doesn’t include all the other government jobs from the 159 new agencies, panels, commissions and departments this bill will create. As the private sector shrinks, we can count on government to keep growing along with the deficits needed to keep it all afloat. (Is this the kind of “change” Americans asked for?)

In the end, this unsustainable bill jeopardizes the very thing it was supposed to fix – our health care system. Somewhere along the way we forgot that health care reform is about doctors and patients, not the IRS and politicians. Instead of helping doctors with tort reform, this bill has made primary care physicians think about getting out of medicine. It was supposed to make health care more affordable, but our premiums will continue to go up. It was supposed to help more people get coverage, but there will still be 23 million uninsured people by 2019.

Though they’d like us to forget, we will remember the corrupt deals, the corrupt process, the lack of transparency, the deceptive gimmicks to game the CBO score, and the utter disregard for the will of the American people. Elections have consequences, and we won’t forget those who promised to hold firm against government funding of abortion, but caved at the last minute in exchange for a non-binding executive order promised by the most pro-abortion president to ever occupy the White House.

All along we’ve said that we want real health care reform, but this isn’t it. We mustn’t be discouraged now. We must look to November when our goal will be to rebuke big government’s power grab, reject this unwanted “transformation” of America, and repeal dangerous portions of Obamacare that will bury us under more Big Government control.

This is just the beginning of our efforts to take back our country. Consider yesterday’s vote a clarion call and a spur to action. We will not let America sink into further debt without a fight. We will not abandon the American dream to government dependency, fewer freedoms and less opportunity. Change is made at the ballot box. If we work together, we can renew our optimistic pioneering spirit, revive our economy, and restore constitutional limits.

What began the Obama administration in 2009 as a year of high hope and optimism ended in unprecedented havoc. The growing outrage from the American electorate over Obama’s bad policies and a disconnected administration is causing severe discontent and divisiveness throughout the nation. With a growing deficit, high unemployment, an increase in personal bankruptcy filings, weakness on terror, and an administration out of control (Chicago-style politics brought to Washington, D.C. come to mind), the nation is trying to process the overgrowing concerns of such dire circumstances. Where is the recovery, Barack? Even when we begin to recover many of the jobs will not return.

We have seen broken campaign promises, backroom deals, congressional bribery, and massive government corruption with ties to special interests and power grabs. It is blatantly clear the Democrats are ignoring the will of the American people while continuing to attack the very people who elected them.

Last week, C-SPAN came out and challenged Congress to televise healthcare negotiations. The head of C-SPAN implored Congress to open up debate. The lies and deceit from an elitist inside Washington mentality has left a bad taste for government and our political system. Where is the government transparency Obama had called for during the 2008 presidential campaign?

During the Christmas holiday, the White House came under fire for their Christmas decor featuring Mao Zedong, an ornament of Obama’s head on Mount Rushmore and of drag queen Hedda Lettuce.

President Obama and administration also came under fire for the responses regarding the thwarted Christmas Day attack. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano first claiming the “system worked” then a day later retracting due to the heat the White House was getting out of absurdity. The response time while President Obama still on holiday seemed out of touch. Are we really to believe the system worked? What is Obama doing to keep Americans safe or is Obama not protecting us?

Many are asking themselves: is this all due to an administration and Congress being totally incompetent or is the Obama administration intentionally set in fundamentally changing us? Through massive planning and funding over decades of manipulated and calculated moves, the radical left has worked their way into our entire way of life everything from our education, to entertainment, to news media.

This administration is wreaking havoc throughout America’s capitalist, free-enterprise system by taking over major industries those of which include banking, auto and healthcare. The Obama administration is busily engaged in undermining and destroying the nation’s key institutions – or as Obama himself euphemistically put it a few days before being elected president, “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”

It is becoming more apparent that the current governing administration over America’s free people are using tactics to collapse the system. It is a strategy known as the “Cloward-Piven Strategy” which seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.

The actual result of 2009’s non-stop crises has been not just the dramatic transfer of wealth and power away from citizens and small businesses and into the hands of government, but also the beginnings of a profound transformation of America’s economic and governmental system.

Many Democratic incumbents are facing their own challenges in 2010 amid high unemployment rates, concerns about the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and anger at incumbents. Now that America is awake, do not underestimate the will of the American people. Continued activism and the growing support for the Tea Party movement is gaining strength, poised to make significant strides in 2010.

“The tea party movement has the potential to drive public opinion and electoral support in ways that are hard to fully appreciate right now. The American people are angry at both parties, and the tea party movement fills an important void that neither party currently addresses,” said Democratic strategist and Fox News contributor Doug Schoen.

We all have learned valuable lessons over the past year and have come to realize that we as free people can no longer remain complacent and apathetic. It’s time to rise up, become active and get involved. It is not too late to take the blinders off and realize the full extent to which, we as Americans, have the greatest gift – with freedom and liberty come responsibility.

The sleeping giant has awoken and the people of this great land will use every means necessary to stop the very threat of tyranny that lies before us. It is a pivotal year and whatever happens from this day forward will forever change the future of America. The rise of political angst among both parties makes way for a bloodbath in the 2010 elections. Will it remain the “last best hope for mankind”? That depends on you. Do you want to remain free or will you continue to remain silent giving up liberty for Statist control?
